Seattle's Premiere Commissary Kitchen
In the summer of 2024, our second location opened its doors. This impressive facility spans 15,000 square feet, with a unique division. Approximately half of the space will be dedicated to our second Artisan Community Kitchen location, offering another high-end shared-use space, while the other half will introduce a brand new concept: Artisan Bakery & Kitchen Works.

The Artisan Bakery & Kitchen Works is designed to cater to businesses that have surpassed the maximum two workstations typically allowed at ACK. Within this innovative space, there will be four distinct kitchen and bakery spots. Each spot will come equipped with its own hood, dishwashing area, prep sinks, ice machine, office space, and dedicated prep and storage area.
These professional bakery and kitchen spaces will be roughly 1,800 square feet, offering an ideal environment for businesses to flourish and expand their culinary ventures.

Consider these your home away from home as they are reserved exclusively for your team. Our shared kitchen also provides optional dry and frozen storage, tasting room availability, and, of course, complimentary Wi-Fi and printer services.
