Our Tukwila kitchen, located conveniently near downtown Seattle, WA, is a 7,900-square-foot, well-equipped commercial kitchen that provides a space for food entrepreneurs, caterers, and food trucks to prepare and store their food. The kitchen is designed to meet the needs of small businesses and startups, offering a range of equipment and facilities such as ovens, stovetops, fryers, and storage space. It provides a cost-effective alternative to building or renting a kitchen space, making it ideal for those just starting out or needing a flexible workplace.
The commissary kitchen also offers a range of services, such as business licensing assistance, business development resources, and networking opportunities to help support and grow local food businesses.

In the summer of 2024, our second location is set to open its doors. This impressive facility spans 15,000 square feet, with a unique division. Approximately half of the space will be dedicated to our second Artisan Community Kitchen location, offering another high-end shared-use space, while the other half will introduce a brand new concept: Artisan Bakery & Kitchen Works.
The Artisan Bakery & Kitchen Works is designed to cater to businesses that have surpassed the maximum two workstations typically allowed at ACK. Within this innovative space, there will be four distinct kitchen and bakery spots. Each spot will come equipped with its own hood, dishwashing area, prep sinks, ice machine, office space, and dedicated prep and storage area.
These professional bakery and kitchen spaces will be roughly 1,800 square feet, offering an ideal environment for businesses to flourish and expand their culinary ventures.
